Pinkle

Product designer turned product builder.

I build intuitive EdTech, health, and ecommerce experiences, and right now I'm revamping ecommerce with AI. I turn complex problems into simple solutions, from adaptive learning tools to apps that grew to 800+ users.

Three camps on the way up.

Each one started as a problem that looked complicated. Each one ended as something a person could use without thinking about it.

Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies

Product Designer (Web) · 8 months · Team of 6

Shoppers couldn't see whether food was in stock at their store, so orders got cancelled and people drove in or called ahead instead. Two inventory systems tracked stock and neither reached the website. I aligned retail and inventory managers, then designed a single available-to-sell number per store, pulled live from supply chain data.

"I can't tell if the food I want is in stock at my local store, and so I just go in person."

Nabz

Product Designer & Builder · Design to ship

Sunita is 52. Her lab report arrives at 9pm with 42 results, unexplained terms like HbA1c, and no doctor until Monday. I grouped results by body system, made "Then & Now" comparison a top-level tab, wrote plain-language explanations in Hindi and English, and shipped it live through Claude Code, GitHub and Vercel.

"A calm design that is still an honest one."

Founding Product Designer · Full time

Kids loved chatting with AI tutor personas like Mario and Einstein, so much that session times climbed while problem-solving stalled. I ran usability research with students and designed a solve timer that keeps them on the math, even when they switch tutors mid-problem.

3,600 mHow I work

Four quiet principles.

The thin air up here makes things simple. These are the ideas I return to on every project.

जिज्ञासा Jijñāsā · Curiosity

Ask before you draw.

Every project starts with questions, including questions to the AI I design with. Why these corners? Why this pattern? Does it serve the person, or is it just the default?

श्रवण Śravaṇa · Listening

Turn listening into solutions.

Twelve customers and three store managers showed that Centinela's real problem was two inventory systems that never spoke to each other. The fix began with conversations.

सरलता Saralatā · Simplicity

Make the complex feel simple.

Forty-two lab results become seven body systems a worried reader can scan. The data stays complete; the hierarchy carries the weight.

सत्य Satya · Truth

Stay calm, stay honest.

When the numbers are frightening, the design still tells the truth. It frames the result, shows what changed, and answers the real question: what do I do now?
